It was a great place to stay. My husband and I plus my 18 and 19 year old stayed there. Easy access to subway station and you can walk to restaurants. Clean and staff were amazing! We would stay there again for sure.

The staff are friendly although my suite was quite dirty. There were black finger and hand prints smeared on the walls and on the bar stools. There was dirty splatter all over the cupboards and on the ceiling. The closet doors were off the tracks and the baseboards were very dirty. The pipes in the walls made very loud crashing and banging noises quite frequently, making it difficult to sleep. There is a large amount of drug users around the corner of the building also which made it unpleasant to walk my dog. I guess it's a pretty bad part of the city. I was unaware as I am not from Toronto. Unfortunately I will not stay there again.

Located in a quiet neighborhood with lots of eating options nearby within 10 min of walking. Transit friendly too! Metered parking available on street and overnight in the property's garage ($40 Per night). Love the kitchen, full size fridge especially, the modern bathroom and upgrades in unit. Clean and brightly lit. Beds were double size and mattress was decent. Crisp clean linens too. Door was hard to close but other than that, it was a problem free stay. 3 elevators made for short waits.

Staff were accomodating and super friendly. Our unit was spacious and relatively quiet. Would have been nice to have dish towels and/or paper towels as it was an efficiency with a kitchen area. The bathroom was aged with poor water pressure and sink drainage. Overall was a good value for a 2 bedroom unit.
