Had to wait until 2 O’clock for a room. Yes I realise that’s the check in time however I am certain rooms were available before then, the check in guy was just being a prick. Then a bus load turned up at 1350 and he checked them all in despite me sitting there waiting. And only one person checking in. Needed more staff

The room was very clean and smelled beautiful. I enjoy staying here. The lift was quite warm during my stay. As someone with chronic asthma, being in a hot, enclosed space made me feel a little short of breath going up to level 3. It would be helpful if the temperature or ventilation in the lift could be improved for guest comfort. This will not stop me from staying here.

The room was clean and the staff were friendly but the elevator did not smell good and this is the best way to access the 3rd floor. Traffic noise is also intrusive at times.

Room cleaning not satisfactory, bed bugs first night both got bitten. Must pay for laundry , the back sliding glass door does not lock up well. There is need for better maintenance. No cafe, no plates or cutlery for guest area. Microwave very old. The hotel location is good and surrounding area is safe. Staff that served on arrival not friendly.

Staff were great! Very clean room and hotel. Looks exactly like the photos which is always good. The pool was lovely and has good opening hours - so nice to have it open into the late evening for a swim after a hot day. Room was lovely and has everything you need including a balcony. Not too far a distance from lots of the main attractions!
