Rocky start

We were delayed arriving (train issues) and called ahead to ensure they knew that we’d arrive well after midnight. That night we were placed in a room that was used for storage and the temperature was at 26 Celsius. We roasted! Not much in the room worked and I’m not sure why we were placed there. In the morning as we left for our conference I reported the issues and we were moved to a much better room.

Great hotel. Amazing food both on the rooftop patio and on the ground floor dining space. Loved the touches of the record player, vinyl library, and soda water pull tap stations. Bed was very comfortable as well. Would highly recommend.
