The Four Seasons Toronto gets every detail right and goes above and beyond to make one’s stay memorable. Rooms are clean and modern and the staff are wonderful. We will always make this hotel “home” while in Toronto.

Wonderful hotel but extremely loud. Could clearly hear construction on the eighteenth floor. Additionally there were younger guests who woke me up at two in the morning with loud antics and much yelling. Could hear every little thing outside the door. Even the housekeeping scooping ice. As someone who frequents five star hotels this was a huge disappointment. You don’t that feeling of your room being a quiet oasis. It’s like a sound box and you’re stuck in it. Shangri la may be deteriorating and aged but it’s quiet and the food is oddly better. I’ll probably stay here again due to its location but I will request a quiet room and if it’s loud again I shall absolutely find an alternative and not look back.

I had an amazing stay at this Four Seasons for my birthday weekend! From check in, the woman at the front desk was so kind and amazing in making sure the room readiness was up to par to begin my birthday weekend. The entire staff and stay was immaculate; easily one of the best Four Seasons locations I have ever visited.

Perfect hotel, very well located. If you like to walk, it’s only a 45 minutes walk from downtown. Otherwise, there is a metro entrance near buy and plenty of Uber/taxis available. Yorkville, where it is located, is a much more interesting place to stay than downtown in our opinion. As for the service, it was up to the brand’ standards, if not above. Everybody was incredible to us. The room are spacious, especially the bathroom. I highlt recommend this one if you visit Toronto.
