The City of London all inclusive resorts

Surprising value for central London, though perhaps not everyone's taste. Rooms small but quite comfy; windows open onto an interior space, so provide light but no view. One oddness is that all the room lights work together - all on or all dim or all off - and not really off, either, they maintained soft lighting all night long. Overall, the hotel is fresh, comfortable, great breakfast at a great price, charming staff.

I had a fantastic stay and couldn’t recommend this hotel more highly. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive, making me feel right at home. The room was spotless, beautifully presented, and very comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The facilities were excellent, and it was clear that great care is taken in maintaining high standards throughout the hotel. The location was also perfect, making it easy to get around and explore the area. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would absolutely stay here again.

A decent location. Not far from st Paul's. There was a Nespresso coffee machine in our room but there were no instructions on how to work it and there was only three pods which were not replenished during our two night stay either. The hairdryer in the room wasn't working. The rooms were and dated yet clean. The main issue we had was that the water in the shower was never hot enough. It was only ever luke warm at best and this made showering an unpleasant experience. We didn't have breakfast during our stay but the bakery section and coffee was nice. I would give this hotel no more than 3/5 stars. Nothing flashy. Just very average accomodation in a decent location.

The room, the staff the executive lounge was great! A really love extra to have. The only issue was the room was facing some contraction and we were woken up at 7.30am by refuse collection and then from 8.30am drilling all on a Saturday morning.

We loved our stay. We received a free room upgrade and free cocktails (as I’m a Gold member). Also, the mini fridge in the room was well stocked and free to use. It was a really quiet, tucked away hotel yet it was in a great location. The rooftop bar was a real plus! We would come again.

Having 2 out of 3 lifts out of order was not good on a busy Saturday night, had quite a wait to get to 8th floor with groups coming in to the roof top bar. Had requested a twin room for myself and my sister but was given a double room. The receptionist said we had a x2 upgrade worth £90 with a massive king size bed and great view. In fact, it was a standard double and the view was a busy main road. It would be helpful for rooms with 2 people to have more milk sachets available, we asked reception and were told housekeeping did not start until 8am, The breakfast was excellent.
