Great stay! Great location! It was very convenient to be able to leave our bags early before we checked in and even have we checked out for free! Staff was very friendly! Stayed in the no window room which is pretty small but all the amenities are brand new and honestly perfect for our stay! Will 100% stay again in the future!

The Room was surprisingly smaller than expected for Queen size but nonetheless was beautiful. Although there was small stains around I was happy. The tv would’ve been better if all the channels actually worked haha. The staff were amazing and I got some free wine and cheese which happens every Tues and Sat. The commute to the station was really easy. There a lot of nice cafes around and bus stop right in front of the hotel. My husband and I would stay again.

Nice cosy room but the heating wasnt working, only giving cold air and the control panel wasn’t working, had to keep putting the hair dryer on to keep warm!

The staff are very helpful and the room came fully equipped with proper coffee and a nice big bed. However, I could barely sleep due to loud noises coming from the air conditioner every 15 mins or so. I even tried turning the AC off but the noise continued. The pillows were uncomfortable and linens had yellow stains on them.

Air con/heating was broken so room was freezing. When I reported it I was informed at reception it was affecting the whole hotel so moving rooms wouldn’t help. It hasn’t been fixed since I last stayed there 3 days ago. I ended up sleeping in my clothes. To add to this, the window in my room was open when I arrived, making the room even colder. I realised after 10mins that the window had been left open by staff as there was an unpleasant smell coming from the drains in the bathroom. I have stayed 10+ times at this hotel and have been happy with my stay. But these last 2 times the heating and drain issues have been extremely disappointing. The hotel is not currently fit to stay in with no working heating and the hotel should make people aware if the heating issue is still not fixed before they book.
