Beautiful resort with a lot of options for pools, bars and restaurants. However, the food we experienced at several places was just "ok", and it was very expensive! Drinks especially were extremely costly. Our best meals were off site at local places. Nice touch though in the room with the fancy expresso maker and including coffee, that was good to have in the mornings.

It was ok. Clean property. Water pressure in the bathroom was terrible. Shower was backed up to the point were we had to wear shoes in the shower and smelled bad at times. The sink in the bathroom would bubble up and smell. I understood the location is in the mountain area so plumbing can be iffy but definitely should have been mentioned. I probably would not have stayed if I knew some of these things.

The front desk staff were amazing. Brian, Alanis and Aleida were always cheerful and helpful. The maintenance staff responded fairly quickly. There are some issues on the property that need addressing. The restaurant menu was not too appealing. The beach was within walking distance but you can’t get in. Limited drawers, a loud schilling noise from shower head, slippery moist floors resulting from increasing the temperature in the room are some examples. Overall a peaceful , restful vacay.

Beautiful location and clean facilities.

Parking cost adds up (had to pay parking even for 15min checkin). Room next to water stinks due to stagnant water/parked boats and so cant enjoy balcony. Smell creeps inside if AC is OFF or doors opened.

Great stay. Quiet and in nice location. Checking in was easy and staff was helpful. Rooms clean and ac keeps room cold. One recommendation, the continental breakfast nices to be enhanced. With the island and it's abundant fruits, some type of juice should be available and maybe a variety of actual fruit also. The hotel advertised free continental breakfast but I only saw coffee, one type of cereal and a health cracker the two days there. We would stay there again. Nearby a place called Panderre has a great breakfast and meals throughout the day.
