Horrible check in. Showed up at 4pm and was told they were not sure when the room would be ready. Waited for about 45 mins in the lobby, in damp clothes from the beach.

I will Not recommend this Hotel. 1) The Hotel has to many hidden fees. 2) The Breakfast was a continental breakfast. No with the Puertorrican Flavor. If I want to eat waffles, bacon, dry scramble eggs, old beagles, chicken party and pay $5.25 for a small cup of chocolate (Warm, not hot). And the lunch was as bad as the breakfast. I asked the front desk, and they told me that because it was a lot of children and that was that they like to eat. The first day they didn't make the room. When I came back to at night it was not make. I asked the front why and I was told that I suppose to let the front desk that the needed to be done. No sign to put outside the door. The extra fee was a package that we didn't used. My sister and I are seniors and couldn't use nothing in that package (bikes, very small beach towels, beach chairs, Etc. I told them that, but they said that even if we don't use anything in that package we have to pay for it. (It was expensive). We also have to pay for the parking daily. In another way if we breath there we have to pay for breathing. But the worst part was that when I did and pay for the reservation none of those extra charges was mentioned to me. Every time I say something I was told that those were Marriott Regulations and that they were under Marriott Regulations. It was too many loops that when I did the reservation was not mentioned. It was not too great to pay almost $400.00 that we didn't expected when we got there. Never again 😒.
