If I can give this place a negative star I would. We checked in here for a week the first night we had no hot water got woken up by barking. Dogs went down to the desk to complain. They couldn’t do nothing about the dogs because the guy lives here so they moved us to another room wouldn’t give us a discount. I called Hotels.com this Hotel gave them a fake email and everything so we will move to a room the second room we couldn’t take a bath because the drain was broken in the tub Toilet was broke was up all night with people upstairs stopping still nothing done. You have to leave at one key in the room or the lights the air and the TV shut off while you’re gone so that only leaves you one key they won’t give you more than two keysYou can’t get extra towels. You have to go downstairs bring the dirty towels and to get clean towels they don’t have housekeeping if you want your sheets changed you have to bing your dirty sheets down they will exchange you have to make your own bed if you lose your key or if your key gets deactivated they charge you $10. Also, don’t be fooled by the kitchen because they gave you a stove top, but they don’t give you any parts pans dishes, silverware they expect you to bring your ownThere’s no free breakfast I mean there’s three of the hotels nearby. I would recommend trying one of those definitely before staying here. The owner, doesn’t care about the guests Jahleel he made this nightmare worth saying he should be manger I ran out of space
