If I can give this place a negative star I would. We checked in here for a week the first night we had no hot water got woken up by barking. Dogs went down to the desk to complain. They couldn’t do nothing about the dogs because the guy lives here so they moved us to another room wouldn’t give us a discount. I called Hotels.com this Hotel gave them a fake email and everything so we will move to a room the second room we couldn’t take a bath because the drain was broken in the tub Toilet was broke was up all night with people upstairs stopping still nothing done. You have to leave at one key in the room or the lights the air and the TV shut off while you’re gone so that only leaves you one key they won’t give you more than two keysYou can’t get extra towels. You have to go downstairs bring the dirty towels and to get clean towels they don’t have housekeeping if you want your sheets changed you have to bing your dirty sheets down they will exchange you have to make your own bed if you lose your key or if your key gets deactivated they charge you $10. Also, don’t be fooled by the kitchen because they gave you a stove top, but they don’t give you any parts pans dishes, silverware they expect you to bring your ownThere’s no free breakfast I mean there’s three of the hotels nearby. I would recommend trying one of those definitely before staying here. The owner, doesn’t care about the guests Jahleel he made this nightmare worth saying he should be manger I ran out of space

the room was clean and the staff were pleasant. No coffee pot and complementary coffee were a big disappointment. When we were leaving in the morning there were people sleeping on the couch in the lobby. Besides not looking good, I was concerned about safety issue.

The hotel was not as advertised and under new ownership. The beds were hard and noisy. Pillows flat and thin. No tissues, coffee maker, blow dryer. You had to purchase them from the front counter if you wanted to us one. The staff was friendly but you could tell they did not like the decision the new owner has implemented. They were also hard to find.

No hot water, no hair dryer, bed was uncomfortable, and for an extended stay type place no utensils, pans, etc. not even a single plastic cup in room. When wife inquired about a hair dryer the girl at the desk was dismissive. Also no coffee in the lobby as advertised.

Front desk felt very cold, did not feel comfortable staying there with my children. There were people outside the hotel not in the right state of mind which made my myself and my children extremely uncomfortable before we even walked into the room.

The recepionist was a lyoung guy in hid late 20's with Tattoos on display. He was proficiant but seemed in a hurry to get back to the office behind reception. The bed was a Queen size mattresses which moved of the weak mettal framed support during the nights marital bed room activities.

This hotel had recently changed owners. The plus for this hotel is front desk person who was courteous and extremely helpful. The new owners rules are not customer friendly. Front desk has shorten hours. In my accessible room the hand held shower was not working. Blinds needed repair. Bed too high for mobility challenged guest. The other ammenties were not in room or had been used. I will not stay in that hotel again.

Check-in was fast and easy, which is always a good start. The room was big, clean, and spacious. The bed was surprisingly comfortable, and the pillows were good—though let’s be honest, nothing ever beats the ones at home. 😌 I booked this place simply because there wouldn’t have been enough room at my uncle’s house for me to be comfortable, and for that purpose, it worked perfectly. The kitchenette is a great bonus, especially if you’re staying more than a couple of days. Definitely makes longer stays easier. The staff seemed friendly, although I didn’t interact with them much—other than asking for coffee… only to be told they no longer offer free coffee. Ugh. A girl needs her coffee. At the very least, a coffee maker in the room would’ve been nice. ☕😩 Aside from the coffee heartbreak, it was a good, economical place to stay. Would recommend if you want something clean, simple, and budget-friendly.
