We waited at least 15 minutes and no bell or way to notify employees there was no employees anywhere or any way to get a hold of anyone bell was all the way on the other side of the employee desk. They were short staffed so people were waiting long periods of time to get in their rooms. They rooms smelled absolutely horrible like wet dog and heard a lot of loud noise during the night and there was very small amount of parking available for the property and there was several people smoking weed outside the property facility making it very uncomfortable environment with younger children. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable. Thankfully we were only there to drop off our bags and go to sleep and that was it if it was a long extended stay we would have left i couldnt stomach the smell and threw up a few times we went and bought odor elimator because there was not staff after 11pm to make them aware.
