The AC, and both treadmills in the gym were not working. When we checked in there were people who could have helped us right away, but they made us wait. It was 11:00 and we were very tired. Didn't feel like they really cared about us waiting there.

The only thing good about this was the night manager named Sam. I ended up not staying there. The room was damp, moldy, musty, dirty he tried to give me another room same thing had to leave and find another hotel at night since we arrive late night terrible. Manager is significant raise. He must have to deal with a very unhappy people. He was courteous and professional try and help Fortunately, there’s no help to be had being that this is absolutely terrible. I’m now trying to fight to get my money back.

We asked for our room to be serviced by house keeping when we left for the afternoon and it was not done. We asked again when we left for our date and it still was not done when we returned. Not a bad hotel but definitely not worth $380 when your room is not serviced one time, instead just a bag of towels hanging on your door handle. Pathetic.
