My stay was enjoyable despite that the window of the initially assigned room didn’t function properly, so the reception moved me into another room. Overall, the hotel location was good with nice view, and the room was clean with plenty of amenities.

Nice new hotel in North Sydney. Easy to get around on the train. Also you can walk the harbour bridge from the hotel easy over to Sydney opera house/circular quay.

The apartment was clean except for some spots on the wall and one side of the bedroom looked like it was vacuumed really quick. Outside of this, the room was perfect and we didn’t complain as it was due for a cleaning. The staff was all friendly and polite. Helped with suggestions and provided detailed instructions. They were also very accommodating as we arrived way before our check-in time and they were able to get us a room. Laundry appliances are in the apartment and easy to use. We did not use the balcony as it was too high up for our liking. But it was clean and has a table and chairs available. We had the city view and was happy with it. Close to shops, restaurants, transport. Highly recommend. Easy to get around.

Nice big apartment. Laundry washing and driers very convenient. Kitchen equipment all you need for some self catering Incredibly convenient for travel about the city, lots of local places to eat and drink. (The coffee shop Public Coffee next door is great)

There was no view from the balcony but an alley, not what I was expecting. The whole reason I booked them is because I thought I would have a view of the harbor, but I was told at check in those rooms were not available and cost more. I thought that is what I booked, so pretty disappointed in that. Also had to leave windows open to cool the place down.
