This is a horrible hotel, 3 vehicles were broken into on the night we stayed, August 6 2025 The room was filthy, the bathroom had hair in bathtub and sink, there were no towels in the room, the ice bucket lid had food residue on it, there was a burn hole in the duvet, hair and some sort of black bits between the sheets, I thought it was some sort of dead bugs or bed bugs on one bed, the hotel stunk of old cigarette smoke, there were drug dealers in the parking lot dealing drugs in broad daylight, it’s very scary. I could not get a refund and there were no other hotel choices free in Sudbury. This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. This hotel should be shut down or at least warn customers about the dangers of staying there.

Our room was nice. Clean and good beds. Baths are dated and shower temperature had control issues. Hallways are not so clean, and breakfast is always busy and limited. A Second waffle maker would help. Have stayed before, and will stay again based on price point and just needing a place to sleep….

We arrived late and very tired. The check in was quick and easy. Our room and the hallway in our section in general smelled strongly of marijauna. We were too tired to ask for a room switch (and the property seemed pretty full). I did let the staff know on check out and the staff were friendly and sympathetic.

Needs more detailed cleaning

Front reception personal were friendly and accommodating to our needs. Room was roomy comfortable. The room should be given more TLC. Not as clean as it should be. The bathroom had a moldy smell and slip pad fir bathtub was moldy. A lot of dust on furniture and behind tv unit. Overall clean room need to improve.
