Overall the hotel was nice. The weather was not great the day of our arrival, so the pool was closed. The next day, the weather was much nicer. The front desk attendent told us that we still could not use the pool.... We were all bummed, knowing that its a heated pool and that is why we are in Florida. Monday morning a NEW front desk attendent had said that the pool will be open that day, and that it shouldn't have been closed the day before because "The pool is heated anyways".... It didn't make much sense. We got 1 day use of the pool, which was great. The bar and everything was closed, but we made the best of it. We come to Clearwater every year for the past 8 years. Would I stay at this place again, probably not. It did have a great location, but I wasn't super impressed with the staff.

Pool and both bars were closed, as well as water park. No one at ck out when left at 10 am. $40 per day for resort amenities of which none were open. We usually stay here and will again, just disappointing. It was periodically very windy but all surrounding places were open.

The location is really great but the hotel is outdated and does not match the pictures online. Had fun night with live rock-n-roll band on the rooftop, although the food was hit or miss. Breakfast was absolutely terrible (hence included in stay), but maybe we are just spoiled by freshest and yummiest breakfasts in Europe. Did not get to try the pool or beach as the weather did not cooperate during our stay. No cafe to sit and have a cup of coffee or tea in the hotel. They suggested the Keurig in the room :D Would not go back to that hotel.

Room was decent although some wear and tear on it, but it was fine. Housekeeping always had room cleaned before noon and did a great job, and the breakfast attendant did a great job too. Breakfast was ok. Could have more options but it was ok overall. Location just off the beach so you have to walk a few hundred yards to get to the beach, which is not bad. Overall good value for the money!

Stay was good. Infinity pool was incredible. Water warm in the pool. Very clean . Kept up to date. Restaurant upstairs was loud . 2 cons that I can think off are: - Breakfast could have things like eggs , bacon. Coffee could be little stronger - The $37 dollars daily resort/parking fee is too much on the top of the hotel price.

Great location, beautiful beach. On the cons side: Very skim breakfast, they do not refill, if you come at 9-9:30 there is whats left… Room, bed and bedding is nice. But showers in few min after giving you hot water turns to cold! You need to wait few minutes for it to come back hot.

Location to the beach and restaurants- we could walk everywhere. Room was clean and had a nice balcony which included view of the ocean with beautiful sunset every night. The laundry facilities on site were very clean too!
