The room was dirty and still had previous tenants razor on the bathroom shelf, yuk. The shower had something on the floor, unknown, so I used the bath mat to stand on. There was no tv remote so I had to call reception. Light didn’t work and the fitting was broken. There was a male outside the bathroom window talking on his mobile and I didn’t want to shower while he was there. I didn’t feel safe there.
