The access was quick after the phone call but the state of the room was diabolical. Black mould in the bathroom, possible blood stain on the carpet and if you check out the doona stowed in the drawer it is covered in possible blood or lipstick stains. We booked for three and got the extra bed shoved in the corner but no extra bath linen. I was not happy but the morning kookaburra call was a nice touch.

Either wotif or the hotel have taken payment for this booking however no party will claim and take ownership of the fraudulent transaction not will they return the money. The lack of response for both the partys has been non existent in returning of the funds that saw me having no accommodation until I paid the amount for another room.

No Staff physically present on the property. Compendium states room serviced daily. Room not serviced at all during a 5 night stay. Compendium states use do not disturb sign if required. No sign available. Bedside lamp was not working, when checking to see if it was plugged in found bare wires at the plug!

This is a terrible place do not stay in room 505 i should send a bill for scrubbing that bathroom out fix the soap dish a child slips up in that gammon spa they will cut their face open get new cleaners ..

This was very affordable and in a great location near the town centre. It is a little run down but would have been fancy when first built. Some suggestions: Better Security on front door and windows (one window was good though). Replace the torn shade sail material for those guests with cars. That would also improve the aesthetics. Clean enough. Very Good for the low price.
