Fraud. The room I booked was called a suite, which according to the dictionary is more than one room. It was only one room. The hall smelled of cat urine. I am not a fan of hotel breakfasts and this one was below average quality.

There was a problem with cleanliness: The room had lots of hair in the bathroom from a guest before us. The shower curtain was not large enough to close, resulting in a cold shower and water on the floor. Also, there was a dirty bandaid on the floor in the bedroom. We made reservations for one day and tried to add another day but they wanted to charge us 4 times the amount. We ended up finding a different hotel which was more clean, more polite and cheaper. We will go with the other hotel next time.

Todo estuvo bien pero el último dia salí con mis niños a coprar algunas cosas y cuando regrese a hacer mi check out, yo era un late check out, estaban las housekeeping limpiando el cuarto como si fuera check out y casi tiraban mis pertenencias a la basura, gracias a Dios que llegue antes que eso pasara, no culpo a la housekeeping, culpó a la persona que estuvo en el front desck que no les informo del late check out, la recepcionista fue muy ruda y poco profesional con mis hijos y con migo
