Compare Cheap Hotels in Southern Islands

Check in was very slow and queued for an hour. The room is comfortable and the breakfast was enjoyable with a good spread, but the Chinese food items can be improved. The celery juice ran out more than an hour before the end of the breakfast time and was never refilled to my disappointment. When there is high occupancy the staff should probably make an effort to refill drinks and food items.

Breakfast to be different. We stayed 3 nights . But breakfast was same for all these days . To be improved !!!

This is the 3rd time we have stayed at Merchant Court. It is well located near Clarke Quay & the Singapore River. The MRT is nearby. The swimming pool is great for those looking to swim or play with their kids in the water. My daughter enjoyed the gym and the sauna. Accommodation is comfortable with good airconditioning- important in Singapore -, quality beds, and this time, refurbished bathrooms. It is well priced for what it offers.

The hotel is nice, and the people too. However, to make it nicer I would have expected: the room to be bigger (looks smaller than the description), the pool at Level 3 to be open (wrong time of the year to be in the hotel), the lobby to feel a bit more welcoming (hotel entrance in a parking basement floor-ish, and the lobby/checking desk area not really a warm atmosphere)

The Fullerton is a excellent place to stay. The staff's attention to detail, the cleanliness, and the outstanding breakfast buffet make this hotel one of the most memorable places I've stayed in my travels. The staff are very courteous, go above and beyond to help with any question or issue. The room service staff paid attention to every detail, keeping our room spotless and tidy. My favorite feature of the Fullerton was the breakfast buffet. I've traveled to almost 60 countries and stayed in many nice places, and this buffet is the biggest and best I've experienced. There is definitely something for everyone! I'd stay here again just for the breakfast.
