Society Hill accommodation with spa

The location was great and lobby and restaurant were good. The rooms were very dirty. Stains on the wall, disgusting stains all over bed dust ruffles, dirty bathroom walls, paint chipping and peeling off in rooms. The AC never got the room cooled. Other than location I’d pass on staying here again.

The absolute kindness and patience of all of the staff made my brief stay, very memorable. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

Great rooms and very helpful staff. We arrived very late (or early 6:30 am) when we were supposed to check out. They gave us an extra night so we could sleep in after a 7 hour flight delay. So grateful got their hospitality!

Rooms are smaller than a newer hotel but not SMALL imho. The bathroom is a little small but again, the building was built in the 20’s? In any case, building has been updated beautifully. Room had character that could only be found in an historic building. Front desk staff was the nicest I had encountered anywhere!! Bed was comfortable and the linens were clean and crisp. I loved the water bottles and filling station in the hall and the free coffee in the modern designed lobby. Optimally located and very close to dining options. I would definitely return for this “boutique” type of experience. Free WiFi was a nice bonus too.

There is no refrigerator or coffee machine in the room. Otherwise a nice stay. Especially wonderful was the fabulous restaurant, Panorama, on the first floor of the building.
