Pet friendly accommodation in Market East

Great rooms and very helpful staff. We arrived very late (or early 6:30 am) when we were supposed to check out. They gave us an extra night so we could sleep in after a 7 hour flight delay. So grateful got their hospitality!

Rooms are smaller than a newer hotel but not SMALL imho. The bathroom is a little small but again, the building was built in the 20’s? In any case, building has been updated beautifully. Room had character that could only be found in an historic building. Front desk staff was the nicest I had encountered anywhere!! Bed was comfortable and the linens were clean and crisp. I loved the water bottles and filling station in the hall and the free coffee in the modern designed lobby. Optimally located and very close to dining options. I would definitely return for this “boutique” type of experience. Free WiFi was a nice bonus too.

The hotel is in a great central location. It is directly across the street from the Reading Market, which is a delightful place to visit. From desk staff to restaurant staff, housekeeping, and even the Uber drivers everyone was incredibly pleasant and helpful. Our room was large and the bathroom had adequate counter space for toiletries. Beds were quite comfortable and the duvet covering felt luxurious to lie under. A lovely place to stay.
