Hotel definitely needs renovations, very outdated but not in too bad of shape. Parking is very odd with a gatehouse out front for all the hotels at this site. If they don’t enter your plate, you can’t get out unless someone is working at the gatehouse. Room is clean, comfortable.

1) requested via email for accessible room/facilities and nothing was done about it. 2) Arrived late, bedding in pull out couch was missing, called the front desk and was told to go to the front desk to pick it up. The staff on duty could not have cared less about guests, plain awful. 3) Throw in $25 for parking and $15 for a beer can in the lobby shop for good measure. Never again is an understatement, how Sheraton can operate such a hotel is beyond comprehension.
