Clean room

Breakfast menu was average, liked the hotel. Quick stay, friendly staff. Clean rooms. No complaints, 2nd time stayers

Disappointed with our stay. We booked here specifically for the pool and shuttle to Mohegan, but the pool was out of service with no notice and the shuttle was late picking us up. When the main amenities you advertise aren’t available or reliable, it feels misleading. Would have chosen a different hotel if we knew.

I was very surprised at the upkeep off the property and room, it was poor condition. Furniture of the room was not appealing at all, heavily damaged tables, the condition of the bathroom tub was horrible and looked dirty, I barely wanted to shower. There was hair that did not even belong to me on the floor when we got into our room on the bathroom floor, very discouraging to make myself comfortable in the room. I was very upset and disappointed as this was suppose to be a Hyatt hotel. I was shocked at the condition of the rooms.

Great location and staff

Room was nice, clean and bed was comfortable. Linens were crisp White. I did notice that my room was clean in places that most hotel cleaning staff miss or overlook. The continental breakfast was enough to get you going. Waffles, bagels, cereal, yogurt, coffee and juices. I would recommend this hotel for the room cleanliness and if you’re heading to Mohegan Sun as it’s 2 minutes away. My room as clean but the corners near the elevator need to be vacuumed. I would definitely stay here again!
