Upon arrival they checked in someone else into my room. They did ended up finding another room for us and gave us a free dinner at their buffet. The room drain in the tub didn't work. The poor area was nice.

It was okay, crowded today but the kids really enjoyed it. My only issue was checking in, whatever you do avoid the self checking, that machine charged me multiple times, my credit card company froze my card thinking it was fraudulent. I had to call and verify it was my. However the staff said wait till Monday and all the final hold charges will be sorted out.

Overall great experience, kids had fun wife and I had good time at casino and the facility and staff are great. Was not that happy with food choices and quality of food, especially at the “upscale restaurant”

Front desk was terrible at check in and check out. They did not have the Expedia reservation and charged me again for the room. I am trying to dispute this second unauthorized charge that I had already clarified with them at front desk before checking out. However they still charged me. Why was the Expedia reservation not transferred over to their system?
