One of the best locations I've ever stayed in.

My stay here was excellent. I stayed in one of the full view ocean rooms and it defintely met every expectation. The bathroom was large and had double sinks. The bathrobes were soft. Turn down service was great and so were the other amenities like complimentary snacks and water. I avoided Santa Cruz for a few years after Covid but this stay absolutely has given me a reason to come back.

Easy parking. Staff was friendly and professional. The rooms were clean but the mattresses need an upgrade. They weren't terrible but they weren't that comfortable either. Overall, the rooms did what we needed them to do.

Great quiet spot

We had a partial view of the beach, which was great. There was a shared patio, which we didn’t mind. The walk to the beach, wharf, boardwalk, and restaurants was very convenient. The room was quaint. We did notice the floors and some of the furniture were collecting dust. The closet space was awkward because the mini fridge and the microwave were also inside taking up space, so our clothes weren’t able to hang freely. Probably not the best place for that. Especially, the microwave because heating up food can potentially smell your hung clothing. Overall, the stay was comfortable and the customer service was great. They got my room ready for an early check-in, which I appreciated very much. It was the perfect, affordable vacation stay for my family. Favorite part, was definitely the location. The grocery store (Trader Joe’s or Safeway) is only a 5-7 minute drive. We would stay there again and just request for the room to be cleaned more thoroughly.
