While the staff was lovely and accommodating, and the room was clean, had what I needed, the noise was ridiculous. I was on the 3rd floor, when a family around 12am checked in above me. I gave it about 45 mins to settle down but around 1 am, I had to call the front desk to ask them to please step in as they were running back and forth, pounding the ground, dropping items, etc. Thankfully, staff was responsive and the issue settled down quick after they came. BUT if you are booking in May of 2025 to the forseeable future, please be aware there is very loud construction happening next door. I was woken up at 7:30am to a loud buzz saw and multiple construction men outside my window. Terrible Overall, great location and staff. Horrible noise quality

Property was perfect for access to the start of the Santa Cruz Half-Marathon, just right outside our hotel. Parking was convenient but challenging if you had a large vehicle. Backing into parking space is best. Lighting was dim in bathroom for me. Prefer a little brighter. But nice room and bathroom. Staff was really friendly.

A great stat

Starting from the reception and ending with the checkout, the front desk crew was friendly, welcoming, and helpful with questions. The room was clean and comfortable and seemed to be recently remodeled. The location was excellent right across from the beach and adjacent to the boardwalk. Despite the excellent location, I never heard any extraneous sounds in my room. There was ample parking on the property for a fair fee I will definitely be returning.
