The property appears to have been renovated or it is a new build. This is a nice property. The hotel is located across the street from the beach and near the Boardwalk. So convenient.

The room smelled clean when we first came in but the shower floor was dirty with hair and sand. There was no turn down service after our first night and we needed to ask for clean towels. They advertised rooms with balconies but we did not have. Pool is super small. The roof top lounge is nice.

Great property to stay a few nights, and enjoy the boardwalk, beach and pier, all within walking distance. Room was very clean, very functional with no issues. A bit small but that's OK. We were outside enjoying the weather and environs too much.

I just stayed at this hotel on 8/4, one night. The staff that was there to check me in or I guess I could say just give me my parking pass because when asked if I could possibly check in early she immediately said “your room is not ready!”she did not bother checking or calling to check if my room was ready. Bathroom was out of order, parking was insane, and only one parking pass per room, so my mom has to find street parking. There was construction right in front of the hotel which blocked one of the entrances to the hotel. For the price that I paid, I will not be staying here again.
