Room was relatively clean. Some mold around the tub. Room had coffee cups but no coffee maker. Had to ask for one from front desk. This was case for two rooms. One room did not have enough towels for two people. Front desk staff was excellent. Very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast did not look inviting. We ate elsewhere. If room faces Lighthouse St, there will be music from Lucy’s across the street for a couple hours. We enjoyed it. Walk to ocean was close and enjoyable.

Room was below average. Smallest tv I've seen in a room in 20 years. Would not stay there again.

Nice clean place very close to Marina State Beach. Staff was helpful. All good.

Location is excellent. Cleanliness of room was not great. Rooms need a thorough cleaning and refresh. Room furniture is all nicked up. There was no room to put a toiletry bag in the bathroom.

This hotel has a great location to the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk. It is a beautiful new building, clean, secured parking garage, decent breakfast, and spacious rooms. Unfortunately we encountered a few problems during our stay which was disappointing given the price for our room. We reserved a 2 queen + sofa bed for our family of four. The beds did not seem like queen size beds, more like doubles. The sofa bed was broken - one section wouldn't lock in place, so there was a valley then the end angled upwards. Blankets and linens for the sofa bed were not in the room. We tried calling the front desk @ 10pm but no one answered the phone. I went down to the lobby, and a sign at the desk said the employee was on a 15 minute break. When he returned, he gave me and another guest (with the same issue) the requested linens. The outlets on the nightstand didn't work for my husband's CPAP machine. Again, disappointing hassles for an expensive night's stay.
