This hotel needs a lot of remodeling and renovation. 1.the tv didn’t work. 2. There was no hot water in the morning when I was going to shower. 3. When I was going to call the front desk to let them know about the tv and hot water I picked up the phone to call them and the phone cord was pulled out of the wall. I then tried to call the desk on my phone and they put the phone in some type of a mode that went straight to a message. But the message had nothing to do with what was happening with the room. I’m very dissatisfied with the hotel and will not go back there for my next visit to visit my grandkids. So disappointed with service and quality with the price of the room very unexpected.

The staff was amazing, especially the general manager at the front desk. That man deserves a raise!! He dealt with a customer who was so mean and crazy. He kept his cool and handle her and her boyfriend.
