Book Ross hotels

Staff was pleasant, the room was nice, the area felt safe and was very convenient. The parking garage direct across the street was nice and was less than 25$ a night. We found we didn’t need the car and used the connector to get to our destinations.

This was my.second stay here and I was 100% satisfied both times. Great location and quick trip to downtown Covington to our venue! Our view from the balcony was amazing, as well!

I stay here every time I’m in Cinci. Staff is gracious. Art is superb. Downstairs bar and restaurant is pretty good. Good vibe

pros: amazing breakfast great bar/restaurant staff check in receptionist well informed and polite great area large hotel cons: room smelled damp . called the front desk, housekeeping, pretty much every button on the phone and no one ever picked up. I had to call the hotel with my cell to get an operator. I was calling because no housekeeper serviced my room ( I need towels and garbage bags at the least) they sent them up. then at 10pm a housekeeper banged on my door shouting “ housekeeping “ and woke my two babies up . Never have I ever witnessed that before at any property . property has potential but this stay was just not awesome.

Always a nice place to stay

Our stay was great. The only issue was the elevators were not all working. There were only 2 elevators and 1 of the 2 was for a wedding party. At one point we waited for 20 minutes and luckily an employee came along and took us down the service elevator.
