Bathroom had some drywall repair that was unfinished. Maybe upgrade tubs/showers to more modern showers. Breakfast made up for any disappointment. Wonderful omelet and good coffee. Very friendly staff.

Our room air conditioner in room 313 was not working and our room was never under 70 degrees our entire stay….too warm to sleep! We were there 2 nights and it was uncomfortably warm. The bathroom needs some repair work…the sink faucet is broken and bath tub drains very slowly. Our reservation got screwed up and they told us we didn’t have a reservation several times and also said our reservation was canceled several times! And when we were checking out today, they couldn’t even find our reservation!!! It said we were a “NO SHOW”! Weird!!! We had a prepaid reservation (we paid for both nights several weeks ago). We have always loved Embassy Suites and we were disappointed with our stay this time. We were there while celebrating our 54th wedding anniversary.

The hotel staff was great. It is unfortunate that we had to move to three different rooms. Our first room we were sweating in and the shower only had very hot water, no cold. As a result they moved us. Second room the AC was great and we were not sweating in it. But the floor was soaking wet. After speaking to maintenance it was found all the water from the bath tub was draining on to the floor due to a possible broken pipe. Moved to room three. Everything worked as should. Front desk staff and maintenance were great. It was an extremely hot weekend

Property was centrally located. Had a corner suite, walked in and a giant cockroach ran past me in the kitchen took 10 minutes to murder it. They didn't have any more corner king suites. Gave me a river view king room. Hotel was very noisy and very packed. Had a nice breakfast. The hotel was a little ghetto and the parking lot was sketchy and expensive for self park.

Dated, dirty, inconvenient.

Hotel canceled my reservation before 2am check in and didn't want to give explanation to hotels.com since they decided to close the books early for the night. Hotel was dated and dirty in places. Carpet was stained throughout the room. Water was hot or very hot, which made taking a shower in hot weather just unbearable. A/c in the room barely worked never cooling room below 76 even though it was set to as low as 71, but still wouldn't matter. Ended up checking out early.

The check in lady was rude and told me there were no rooms available....rgt after the other told me there was. She didnt tell me anything about parking,how to get to my room,or that there was breakfast ...much less the times. The room was dirty and tub wouldn't drain. The rest of the staff was great,in the hall they were polite and the breakfast staff was super.

The shower flooded our room on several occasions. The shower head would not stay up. The bartender was rude and forgot ours and other people’s drinks and ignores several ppl. The rest of staff however was very very nice.
