From the minute we entered, to the morning we checked out, the staff were amazing and very friendly, while at the same time demonstrating a professionalism that reflects greatly on how the hotel as a business treats their staff. Me and my wife will definitely be coming back.

Overall I would probably stay here again. It’s at a great location. We came for a Reds game and were able to walk to the ball park. Lots of cute cafes and restaurants around within walking distance. Check in was smooth except the front desk told us the wrong room at first so we went back down and got the right room, not a big deal. The room was clean and up to date. The arm chair in the room had a sharp piece of metal sticking out of the side. Didn’t get hurt, but we told the desk and within a few hours someone came by and removed the chair from the room. We did call the front desk our first night to ask for an extra blanket because I’m always cold, but they never came. The first morning we got wake up calls at 7am even though we didn’t ask for it. We asked the desk to make sure we didn’t get it the next morning, but we still did. Just little things, totally not a huge deal. We still enjoyed our stay and appreciated the 24/7 market downstairs. Parking was easy and $61 for two days. Would probably stay here again!
