Room was spacious. We liked the all-day coffee. There was a sleeper sofa in the room that is collapsing. We didn’t use as sleeper but it doesn’t really work for sitting because the cushions collapse way down at the back. Staff was nice and accommodating. We had a large corner suite with lots of light. Pillows were good. We couldn’t pinpoint a problem with the mattress but we didn’t sleep well. It is a very good value, just a bit basic.

Staff were very helpful and accommodating at the front desk. I made a mistake on my online Hilton upgrade and ended up in the wrong room. When we called downstairs, the gentleman ran new cards up to us and directed us to our new room without hesitation. The day we left, the young lady at the front desk was by herself and getting inundated. When a guest was not very polite, but she handled all the phone calls, people, and his displeasure well. Both people seem to be newer, but when I made a Hilton Honors request they didn’t think they could accommodate, they reached out to someone wise who verified it was ‘ok’. I was happy to see that support for them happen so quickly.

Great stay

The room was large, comfortable and clean. We could have walked to all of our destinations if it weren't raining on Saturday, but still only Ubered once. Breakfast was free and delicious, breakfast staff was fantastic!!! Only down side at all was that the hallways were sauna level hot.

The hotel was chosen because I had plans in downtown Cincy and it appeared to meet the accessibility needs we had - my mother uses a walker and is VERY limited in her ability to walk any distance. According to the Expedia information, the hotel had parking available and was fully accessible. Well that was faulty information as there was nobody manning the valet parking (an extra $42.00!) and the parking garage elevators were completely out of order. The very poor signage indicated hotel parking was on level 3, so that was 3 floors of stairs to climb up and down. Absolutely NO Way we could do that. I called the front desk from the parking garage and she suggested the valet parking so we came back down, drove around the one way streets to find no bodies manning the valet parking. We ended up missing the downtown activity I had planned on, we went elsewhere and payed for a second room north of the city.

As any other downtown, need to find your own parking . $25 per 24 hours was able to find parking less than 5 minutes walk . Good breakfast . Great service. Nice location
