Downtown Cincinnati luxury accommodation

Stayed here for cardi b concert, hotel was 5 min from the venue. We hated the parking but was aware it would be need to be paid for when we booked. We parked across the street which is way cheaper than right next to the hotel. The actual Room is nice and spacious. Fridge was dirty which we didn’t like. Everything else seemed to be clean. Breakfast was good but Luke warm. Whatever pans they use doesn’t keep the food HOT. They’re doing renovations so the area next to the lobby desk looks a hot mess. I had to step over wood and debris just to get to the main bathrooms. Overall we would stay again only if we have a concert to go to at heritage bank. There are better hotels but this was wasn’t bad at all.

I would definitely book with them again. Only thing is our shower water didn’t go down like it was supposed to and stayed in the shower.

Very clean and great location for downtown activities.

Clean bed, no bugs. Very dusty room. Some of the toiletries were already opened and used (lotion). We requested a couple extra pillows during the night and it took 7 hours to get them. Breakfast was good but expensive.
