Very knowledgeable and helpful staff, rooms very clean, and location is terrific for medical care at the Mayo facilities. They also provide shuttle services to and from the Mayo campus.

We usually love this property for the location and convenience. We were very disappointed with this stay because the king room was much smaller than any we had stayed in before, the bathroom was very small, and it was absolutely impossible to get the shower water to a comfortable temperature. It was either icicle cold or scalding hot. There were also random power strips hanging down the wall.

The breakfast was very limited and no hot food. The coffee was terrible. The staff was nice and answered all questions. Housekeeping was nice as well. Big TV in the room was a nice addition.

The keys would stop working frequently. This caused us not to get in our room and frequent visits to the front desk. The pool area is very small and the gym had water standing in the floor.

Breakfast was on the luke warm side. We did not try the restaurant. The shuttle service was a great plus.
