Have stayed many times and we were disappointed this time in the quality of our rooms. Bathroom was extremely small, Low water pressure, only one towel per person for 4 days, & no complimentary shampoo or cups

The room I had was very old and the bathroom was not only very old but very small. The hotel is an old hotel and it feels old. If you do not mind old and small bathrooms, then the hotel is fine. I stayed one night and I switched to another hotel. There are other hotels that are within walking distance to the Mayo Clinic without the need to exit outdoors.

Pleasant stay, shower not great

Room was attractive and comfortable. No problems checking in or with staff. Bathtub is a little small, but the biggest issue was water temperature in the shower. It alternated between freezing and scalding every minute or so, no matter what I did. Otherwise, the stay was very pleasant and very close to Mayo for appointments.

Grand Kahler Hotel is an outdated property. When it says of itself that it was totally remodeled in 2020, that means they updated some minor things like new wallpaper, new bathroom sink fixture and probably new solid flooring. The walls must be paper thin because we could here the people in the next room very clearly. The big draw is its proximity to the Mayo Clinic and Methodist Hospital.
