The TV didn’t work, the AC would not get under 70, there was hair in the sink/shower and on the towels, the sheet on the bed had a hole in it, and it was very noisy (could hear conversations in the next room and in the hallway).

A tired hotel that was once fashionable. Desperately needs the rooms redone. A/C did not work (summer). Refrigerator did not work. Very convenient to Mayo Clinic. Not expensive; appropriately priced.

Easy check in, friendly customer service. Toilet paper was folded weirdly and was sticky. Blinds couldn't close, room too bright to sleep. Maybe consider investing in smart TV. I am unable to upload pictures.

Had a great stay. The location has great access to Mayo Clinic. The hotel is connected by the underground and skywalk systems. It has great restaurants close by- within a block and 2 inside the hotel. The room was clean and the staff changed towels daily. The bathroom was a bit small but that was expected in this historic hotel. But it was clean and everything worked well. There are lots of plugins too which is appreciated. We had to change our hotel stay and the staff were fantastic to work with.
