Beautiful historic property. Staff was lovely. Perfectly situated next to the underground with direct access from the hotel into the station as well as very convenient bus stops in front of the hotel and nearby. My friend had been before therefore we decided to come back.

This hotel is beautiful, and my room was small, but because it is just me, I actually prefer it that way. The staff was fine, not bad, not great, just fine. The thing I didn't like was the amount of people on the street around the hotel. It is right at Victoria Station, so it is not anything they can help, but I think I would not stay there again and find a quieter area. The area was just too noisy for me.

The hotel is conveniently located with the Victoria station next door for subway, bus and train. We got the fee with breakfast included and I wish we didn’t because the breakfast is not good. We only had it 2 out of the five days we were there. Rooms are tiny and if you use the head shower water spills all over. They supply the room with coffee, tea and snacks which is good. There’s a heated towel rack in the bathroom which is also good. Staff was accommodating but I forgot my show program at the restaurant and they just threw it away. They didn’t even care or ask :( overall our stay was good

We had a wonderful stay at the Clermont! The staff were very kind and helpful (they gifted my daughter a teddy bear when we checked in!), our room was spacious and very comfortable, and the hotel is centrally located making it very easy to get around. We would definitely stay here again!

It is in a fantastic location. The Clermont is an old hotel attached to Victoria station, making it ideal for visitors to London. It is ornate and though the rooms are relatively small they are very comfortable. I will stay here again.
