Lots to see and do with great sights within a short walk. There are plenty of eateries ranging from Wetherspoons to the Ivy. Parliament is an easy walk of less than 30 minutes and safe to walk.

Perfectly located to be within walking/transit distance to anything you want to do in London. Easy to get to from Heathrow. Smaller rooms, but clean and well serviced. We will consider this hotel anytime we are in full on tourist mode in London.

This was an excellent choice for our short stay in London! The overall appearance was fantastic. The carpets and rugs could use a good cleaning ... both in the main lobby and in our guest room. We enjoyed our meal in the Soak. It would've been helpful to know during booking that a reservation was needed to dine in the evening - we had to wait over an hour! The breakfast buffet was amazing and the personal service from the coffee bar was fantastic! We really enjoyed the comfort of our room, climate control and plenty of hot water in the bathroom.

Staff was very helpful and friendly, always saying hello and have a nice day. The mini bar was complimentary which we didn’t expect and the rooms were very clean with all the amenities. The location was great being next to Victoria station but still found the hotel quiet. Really enjoy our stay and would stay again.

Sydney welcomed us when we arrived and checked us in. Very friendly and polite. Room was lovely, clean and tidy with nice complimentary mini bar and toiletries. We were celebrating my partners birthday so received a bottle of Prosecco and a muffin with a beautiful hand written note from the staff. We had both Breakfast and afternoon tea at the Clermont and could not fault anything.

Spent nine days there the last week in January and early February. The room was lovely.clean,and quiet. The staff were very nice on check in and took great care of me. Even though it’s in a very busy area it’s peaceful inside and nice to come back to after a busy day. Look forward to staying here again and thanks again
