They have no accessibility support for people, the women's bathroom are very thigh on both toilet area and shower, no hangers for stuff inside the washrooms. no space for hanging clothes or towels. the washrooms should have a layout like a gym with benches and space to hang things while you are using. Food, staff was good, cleanliness also good, good area/location

Poor Heating, Not Clean

When we went into our room the window had been left open and the temperature of the room was around 10C. We couldn't adjust the thermostat. The front desk told us that they only turn on the heat for two hours during the day and three hours at night. The heat is not a boiler and is just a ceiling mount electric heater. The bathrooms were dirty and stunk. The room floor was sticky.

For kids and those not bothered about sleep

Geared towards school groups, university groups, kids out to party. Drumming and yelling and running around at 1100pm. Young teenagers wandering the corridors and down at the bar in pyjamas. Not good for a solo adult actually wanting to sleep. Rooms reasonably clean but stuffy and bit airless. Staff friendly and helpful though.

I paid £175 for a room for one night. I had an early start this morning as my son has been admitted to Great Ormond Street Hospital. I tried to get my head down around 9pm, but the music was so so so loud it was impossible. At 10pm it was the same. At 11pm it was the same. At 00:00 it was the same. At around 00:30 I got dressed and checked out and slept in the car. I was on floor 3 in room 339. I will be expecting a full refund from the establishment, never, ever have I stayed in a hotel that I have been UNABLE to sleep in.

We knew this was a budget stay before a trip away. However…. It was incredibly loud. We were then given a room on the third floor (with two young children) and the lift was out of order. Had to make your own bed but this was new to us for staying in a hostel. Bathroom facilities were smelly and dirty. To top it off the light genuinely wouldn’t switch off in our room so had no choice but to try and settle the children in a bright room. Told staff but they didn’t seem that bothered just saying oh no and thanks for letting them know. Would look at other budget options next time Also quite a few steps up into the property, which isn’t convenient with heavy bags and a pushchair.

Ok for cheap and a bed to sleep in

Look a while to check in. Only one person on the desk and they were on the phone. The lobby is really hot and no air conditioning. Bathroom was dirty. The sink in the room was dripping all night. Taps are great. But good mattress and it isn't too loud at all. The social area seems good. Coffee is good. Lifts were out of service when checking out which wasn't fun. And some vending machines not working. But good price for private room. You get what you pay for
