Room was fine but the bed was pretty uncomfortable and really sinking in the middle. The hot tub definitely needed to be harder.

The staff was great and attentive to our needs. The breakfast was excellent and complete with both cold and hot entrees. The room was clean and attended every couple of days. However, the room had a cold draft due to the window and the unheated elevator shafts. We needed to keep the privacy shade down along with the regular one to be comfortable. The location is great, within two blocks to an entry to the Mayo subway.

Parking was confusing. Elevator open right to the garage on level 2. Stayed on floor 4 room 409 and the outlets didn’t work. Remote didn’t work either. Had to unplug the tv to turn it off. Blinds were broken also. Was clean so that was a plus. Very frustrating to only be able to charge my phone and laptop in the bathroom. Hair dryer could be replaced. Stayed one night. Would not want to stay longer due to the inconveniences. Breakfast was okay. Coffee was empty. Other than that it was great lol

The would have been a great hotel except that it's right on railroad track which I should have known by looking at map. An exceptionally loud train horn woke us up around 2 am. Also the hot tub was down and it was fairly cold in all of the common areas because the temp from parking ramp goes right into the elevators.

Staff was very friendly. Rooms were nice. The only negative part of the stay was parking. The spots were small (ideal for compact only) and space was very limited. Due to both, we ended up taking Ubers everywhere.
