Won't stay here again!

When booking the hotel claimed to have a shuttle to The Mayo Clinic, upon check in, we were informed they dropped the shuttle service 6 months ago so, as a result we had to spend $45 on cab services, huge bug on the hotel room wall, my husband killed it and took it to the front desk. The reply was..wow, that's a big one! attached restaurant was listed as being A Green Mill. Nope, sub par service and cold food.

Outdated hotel. Pool and hot tub old and needed a good cleaning. Restaurant in hotel was great. All staff were great. Short drive to Mayo. The large amount of garbage in side hallway was there for days and gross.
