Clean and well kept hotel. Extremely quiet even though in the heart of the city. Tunnels to the Mayo Clinic were extremely beneficial. Kind and efficient staff. Parking was confusing due to construction surrounding the hotel.

Clean room. Easy walk to many places to eat, and Mayo right across the street! I had to park at Weat parking lot due to construction and limited parking available at hotel. Construction was loud until 9 pm so not relaxing without the tv on to block out the noise!

Staff was super courteous, breakfast above average, and location to Mayo couldn't be beat. But... Smelled like cigarette smoke on 5th floor and lobby as we entered. Fan in bathroom was about to take off.

The staff were polite, easy and fast check in. The location is great for Mayo Clinic, you will never have to leave the building. However, the rooms are old, small, old bathroom and our heat was so loud we didn’t turn it on and lots of construction noise during the night. Having said that it was very clean and the beds very comfortable.
