Housekeeping staff was excellent. The front desk staff was efficient but not very friendly. Parking is limited and if you park in their garage, the charge is 1 $15 a day even if you can't find space to park everyday you are there. We didn't want to leave by car because we didn't want to pay double if the garage was full. It was a weird system.

Great place to say don’t forget there’s parking

Everything was great, but when I asked where to park the front desk person did not help me and suggested parking in Mayo Clinic parking. On my own, I happen to come across the multiple floors of parking that were available. Bummed she never mentioned it.

Travel was to Mayo Clinic. This hotel is directly across the street from the building where we needed to be. Convenience was priority. Also has a Carabou coffee in lobby. A plus.
