Very dirty

Everything was great clean lots of things to do and eat. But omg the beds were not very comfortable at all.

It was ok

Staff was amazing. The physical property and room furniture needs major upgrades. There was an overwhelming smell of mildew in the first room we checked into. The room was on the 3rd floor and in several areas the floors were soft to the point where I didn’t want to go anywhere near them. We moved rooms and the mildew smell was better but the faux leather couch was ragged and peeling. Overall the staff was very helpful but the hotel has seen its better days and needs a major renovation

Didn’t experience

There is little to no water pressure. There are only two working elevators in the hotel and there is no late night in the hotel store if you need Emergency toiletries such as Tylenol things of that nature.
