Book Ragley hotels

The room overlooked the tugboats, barges, and oil refineries that provide the source of energy for America and other nations. The room was nice and typical for the price. The casino is smokey everywhere but has a decent selection of games. The hotel seems understaffed. No desire to visit again.

Ramona was awesome and made our visit very memorable and was very helpful and courteous throughout the visit, however the young lady who works the 7-3 shift was not so helpful and friendly. I told her we needed towels being that we ran out and to her it didn’t seem like a sense of urgency. When we came back someone had entered our room, removed the towels and didn’t place any more so I mentioned to her about the towel situation and stated that our trash wasn’t removed or bed made up. She proceeded to say someone else will come back to clean etc. but that didn’t make sense.We didn’t even stay our full time because it was giving us we were a bother to her so we packed up, left and went back home. My husband did also say the lady from the late night shift 11-7pm was very friendly as well. Overall we enjoyed our stay whilst we were here and visiting the Casinos but we won’t be visiting again.

Every aspect was on point for this hotel property the warm reception to clean rooms and Waffle House across the highway.

The staff was nice. The room was clean. The couch was in disrepair leather was peeling off of it worked only half the time the toilet was loose on the floor, then fixed that. Stains in the bathroom, floor in the bathroom could've been redone. Not happy with Expedia as well. You were supposed to refund me from a canceled appointment if you have not done so.

This hotel was clean and nice. The location was very convenient to shopping and the casino. Staff was friendly
