Our room was very humid upon arrival. Attempted to call the desk around 9 when we realized it was only getting worse with air/fan on but no answer on three attempts. Reported the issue the next day, someone came immediately and it worked for about two hours. Came back from an event and room was humid, damp and warm. Men came and attempted to fix again but in a couple of hours we were back to square one. The front desk was apologetic but our nights were miserable even though we were on a mom’s weekend away for Mother’s Day.
