This property is a poor 4 star much less a 5 star resort. Food was terrible! Staff have no sence of hospitality at all. Lots of mosquitoes! Only the water park was enjoyable. This location should close and be refurbished.

I usually do leave feedback , but for this one I wanted to leave my feedback so someone like me could safe their money and go elsewhere. The staff were very friendly but the rooms are old and dirty. These was mold everywhere in the bathrooms. The food is horrible at the buffet. They serve the buffet left over in the dining restaurant. This resort is a 5 star on Expedia , but is not even a 2 star. Expedia advertises wrong ratings. The staff their come to you to put good rating for the resort and service on google so that they get a raise or benefits. Overall horrible place. I hope someone from the rating department could lower their stars to 2.

our room had mold and we couldn’t even breathe in there. We have to change a room. They told us there’s nothing available and they couldn’t change the room. We had a wedding the next day so we couldn’t change our room the following day and we’re only here for three nights four days and our trip was just constant back-and-forth with the front desk asking for a new room because it was so strong the smell to live in there And the service wasn’t the best. The people at the buffet and restaurants are very attentive towards you. Not the best experience, I was stressing most of my trip for these four days didn’t even get to really enjoy my vacation Won’t be coming back here again

The place is beautiful, and I loved the water park. It’s super convenient restaurants nearby, and the beach is close to the pool, so you can go back and forth. Very clean, and the maid came every day, made the beds, and restocked drinks. But the staff interaction was disappointing. Most seemed miserable, and service was slow. At the buffet, where we get our own food, staff had to bring drinks, but mine usually came after I finished eating. I’d ask one waiter, who would say, “Not my section, but I’ll get your waiter.” Then that waiter took forever. This happened every day, not just once. The pool bar was even worse. Only one bartender, and it took 30-40 minutes to get a drink. My husband kept coming to check, thinking I was exaggerating, but he saw it too. Strict on serving times—woke up early to watch the sunrise but couldn’t get coffee until exactly 6 a.m., even if staff were already there. The food was repetitive, even in the different restaurants. Beautiful place, but the lack of hospitality and variety in food was a huge disappointment.
