The property was beautiful but undergoing renovations in certain sections. Lots of areas closed off due to construction. However, it did not interfere with our stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was excellent! The drinks were also excellent. Overall, a wonderful time. Would definitely go back.

When I arrived there was only 23 people at the whole resort with only 1 restaurant open per day and the taxi to go any where is $60 USD each way and the Beah is not existent also half the pools were under construction

It was going through a transition period when we arrived so there was a lot of construction. I know the seaweed problem was tough for a lot of the resorts but it was very smelly and there was no beach access. They look like they tried to clean up but then we still could t access the beach

The people and the service were amazing! Our drinks were constantly replenished whether we were by the pool or at dinner and the food was great too. However, the dinning was limited to only one restaurant per night, it smelled really bad around the pool outside, and they didn’t have that many activities or shows. I really would have wished we were notified of the smell and inability to use the beach prior to our visit, but we still made the best of it and had a pretty good time.

I would put 10, but the beach was closed because of sargassum and this week they just started to install the barriers. The other issue is the road to access the hotel, it's like a rural way, shared by several resorts, it's painful to get in and out of the property

I will start off by saying the staff here goes above and beyond to make your experience 5+stars. Bettina, Mauricio, and Sergio are fabulous. The room we stayed in was great and well maintained by housekeeping daily. The food is very good at all the restaurants as well. This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this resort this year, and once the beach is fixed, we will absolutely return.

This property was a disappointment. The resort has potential, but it was basically empty. There were only 2 restaurants open each night. There were very limited activities for kids/families. There was no nightly entertainment, like advertised. The seaweed was out of control…the beach was inaccessible and the smell was nauseating. Resorts nearby had barricades to prevent the seaweed from ruining the beaches. There were limited food/drink/snack options throughout the day. The only positives were the amazing staff and cleanliness. We had to go off the resort and spend extra money on excursions.

It was a lovely resort. We had everything we needed. The pools were clean, the food was good and the room were cleaned well and daily. The only drawback was all the seaweed which was not their fault. It was also really scarce the occupancy was low for the time of year and the size of the place. Not sure why it really was great all around.

Awesome stay

Staff was extremely friendly, made you feel at home. The resort was gorgeous! Beach as closed, but Ivan and Julian did amazing at helping us plan excursions. Angel greeted us with a big smile and was so sweet! The check in/out was easy. The entire staff was 5/5 stars. Food was also delicious, staff made sure to keep everything super clean everywhere!
