Everything was amazing. We booked VIP which gave us nothing, no upgrades. That was disappointing. Food was great. We were able to book a few restaurants. The Japanese one was our favorite. Some were late bookings. The infinity adult only pool was my favorite. Went on an excursion that the resort helped us book. It was fun.

The people who work there and the property are what makes this resort awesome. It is great that they have numerous golf carts to move you around the resort because it is fairly large, unfortunately, all of them seem to have been gas powered. The smell from exhaust and noise all throughout the day and evening from the carts were a bit much. It would be nice to see that the resort is trying to go over to electric carts.

All the staff that I spoke with during our stay were very friendly and always pleasant. Never had a bad interaction during our week at the resort

This stay was very unwelcoming. When we first checked in we was given our room key but no directions to our room. Didn’t receive a tour or any information on the restaurants or events going on the resort for the days we were staying. Even the other tourist were rude & racist towards us with their little comments when they saw us “this is my first time seeing black people in the resort”

The staff was fantastic! However, the WiFi service was only available for a fee, which was quite expensive. To make matters worse, we were bitten like crazy in our rooms, the hotel should have mosquito repellent in the rooms!!

We’ve stayed at the Ventus Marina Spa resort twice now. The rooms are nice and clean. The ocean view is beautiful. Food is good! Be sure to make reservations early. I highly recommend upgrading to the platinum services solely because of the butler service, and shuttle. You also gain access to the platinum lounge with premium liquor. The staff member are friendly and house keeps are excellent. Make sure to take care of them $ and they’ll take care of you :)

The rest of the area is growing up around this resort. It feels like your in a remote location far from the rest of all the tourist. Loved seeing all the wildlife around the resort.

I recently stayed at Ventus at Marina El Cid Spa & Beach Resort and it exceeded all expectations! From the moment we arrived, we received warm and friendly service that made us feel welcome and appreciated. The staff went above and beyond in every way—professional, attentive, and truly dedicated to ensuring guests have an unforgettable experience. The resort grounds are absolutely beautiful and perfectly maintained. The pools were clean and relaxing, and we loved having options for quiet time or more lively areas depending on our mood. The beach area was also fantastic, with plenty of loungers and an overall peaceful atmosphere. Our room was spacious, modern, and extremely comfortable. Housekeeping kept everything spotless, and we especially enjoyed the private balcony with stunning views. The resort’s dining options were excellent—every meal was delicious, fresh, and presented with care, and the service at every restaurant was exceptional. Overall, Ventus at Marina El Cid is the perfect place for relaxation, great food, and top-notch hospitality. We are already looking forward to returning and highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for an unforgettable getaway!
