Food is excellent - variety of options every day. Staff is polite, helpful and professional. Pools were clean and well-maintained. Beach was not good. There was a seaweed season when I was there and the hotel management was doing its best to clean it every day. However, getting into the water and out was not easy because of sharp rocks at the bottom and perhaps corals.

The beach view is not like advertised. The beach was dirty and unable to get in. The seaweed smell was terrible and made me sick . The location is nice but the beach and the smell was horrible .

Wonderful property that allowed us access to all of the 3 sites pools, food, and entertainment. Everyone was nice and room was always cleaned. Sales pitch - but just use to get discounts on activities. Went snorkling from the marina and it was great at a great price with the sales pitch.

The beach was a big deal disappointment, there was barely any water, o lot of grass or coral or whatever they were, as a person who loves beaches i didn't have a chance to enjoy it at all. The area, room, staff cant complain they are all nice. But no BEACH. If you like beach you cannot enjoy at this place!!

We loved our stay! We were seeking a relaxing destination and this fit the bill. Olaf was very kind and upgraded our room. The staff are extremely friendly and willing to help. The only issue was the beach. There was plenty of seaweed which caused the entire area to stink really bad. You can’t get around the smell.
