Es un hotel que necesita renovación, los baños están viejos y se nota la suciedad en ellos. El servicio de los dependientes no es el mejor, en la mayor parte de la instalación no sientes que estás de vacaciones son pocos los dependientes que te dan una atención 5 estrellas, incluso le trasmitimos nuestra preocupación a uno de los muchachos de la carpeta del hotel y este nos dijo que no compartía nuestra opinión a pesar de manifestarle hechos concretos que nos habían sucedido. La piscina principal siempre estuvo sucia y turbia, según ellos por la cantidad de personas lo cual no es cierto. En el lobby un calor que se torna insoportable, los ventiladores que hay solo están en el área donde realizan ventas, los turistas no tienen ese privilegio. En mi opinión no son merecedores de la categoría de 5 estrellas deben trabajar mucho para lograr que los visitantes se sientan a gusto en la instalación.

Food Options are poor. Restaurant food quality not great esp, the Japanese Rest- very poor quality. Housekeeping staff still gets in to clean room even DND sign is hanged outside. Activities in the resort is very limited. Bowling and gaming lounge is very hot- poor AC system.

I booked this hotel through Expedia for 2 adults and 1 child. When we arrived, the hotel claimed the booking was for 2 adults only and forced us to pay extra for our child to stay. This was very upsetting, especially since I clearly selected 1 child when booking. Expedia told me they would contact the hotel and get back to me with an update — but they never followed up. In the end, we had no choice but to pay the extra fee out of pocket. The worst part is when the receptionist gave us standard room when we upgraded the room by paying extra which I had a proof to show him. He made nonsense excuses so we had to talk with a manager to sort it out. While the room and facilities were fine, the booking process and communication were extremely poor. Guests should be aware to double-check their confirmation details and be cautious when booking through third parties. I felt misled and unsupported throughout the process.

I recently stayed at this 5,star hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. The location was excellent, close to major attractions and public transportation. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The room was clean, spacious, and well-furnished, with comfortable bedding and modern amenities. The housekeeping service was consistent, and fresh towels were provided daily. The Wi-Fi connection was stable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Breakfast offered a good variety of options, and the quality of the food was satisfying. The hotel facilities, including the gym and swimming pool, were well-maintained. While most aspects were positive, there is room for improvement in soundproofing, as noise from the hallway could be heard at night. Additionally, the price felt slightly high compared to similar hotels in the area. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for travelers seeking comfort, convenience, and good service.

I had an excellent stay at this resort! The staff and service were outstanding—always friendly, attentive, and professional. Room service was prompt and high quality, and the overall amenities were impressive, especially the bars and restaurants. The coffee shop was another highlight, offering great service and convenient hours. The food in the main cafeteria was delicious with plenty of options, which made meals enjoyable. However, I was a bit disappointed with the vegetarian offerings. Some dishes were mislabeled, and I even found meat in an item marked vegetarian. When I brought this to the on-site manager’s attention, he apologized but unfortunately did not have the chef re-make the dish. Aside from that incident, everything else about the stay was wonderful. I would still highly recommend this resort for its exceptional hospitality, comfort, and amenities—just be cautious if you have dietary restrictions.

Yes two of us got Ecoli where there 13 years ago was better than now cleaner and better food this first time got diarrhea Ecoli from 8 or 9 trips so far got Lacky hits as when we get home in morning went to doctor is fine beach was terrible seaweed pool so hot and dirty from spilling all drinks didn’t see anybody clean pool
