I have no choice but to rate the property as poor in all aspects because our room was unapologetically downgraded and the manager was arrogant to say “You did not pay me, you paid Expedia, so go resolve your problems with them”. In brief, upon arrival, we were told that there was a leak in the floor above, so we had to put up with the constant knocking just above the room. Furthermore, we were given a room in the annex building, even though the one we book and paid for was supposed to be in the main one, at least according to Expedia’s receipts. Otherwise the hotel may be a good value for anybody who does not mind being cheated, up priced, and treated with arrogance because that is their vacation and they have no choice.
