The property was right next to Charles Bridge in Castle district. Felt like we were living in the center of the city. The neighbourhood was quiet and hotel rooms were neat and clean. Staff was polite too.

Very convenient location right next to Charles bridge and close to all restaurants. The breakfast was amazing. The front desk man was exceptional showing three rooms to choose when I asked to change the room after first night stay. The first night stay was roof top room. It was cute room but the windows were small and high, we couldn’t see the outside view. We arrived late because our flight got delayed. We picked up rental car from the airport and hoped to park the car in front of hotel because I saw the photo of hotel front showing many cars were parked The receptionist girl was not knowledgeable for the information about city parking ( only residents can park the cars on the street). We checked on line and found the public parking garage out side old city because we don’t need a car in the Prague city for three nights stay.

Conveniently located at end of Charles Bridge. Great breakfasts: fresh fruits, a variety of eggs, sausages, breads, cheeses, yogurt, etc. Room had high ceilings, nice clean bright decor, spacious bathroom. Would definitely stay again in the future.

This property would receive an overall rating of 3.5/5 for a multitude of reasons. Firstly, only a few members of the front desk were friendly and accommodating; thus as such we recognize that effort but the same can not be said for others. Secondly, the construction around the property was disturbing at times, and the noise was definitely noticed. Thirdly, the wi-fi was very poor in our rooms, but worked comfortably in the lobby. The dining room staff was fabulous, and we hope they are paid accordingly. Perhaps consider reducing the pay of certain front desk members. Otherwise, the location of the hotel was immaculate, and truly was something to covet. Thus, we come to an overall rating of 3.5/5. Thank you. -Filip Georgievski

Bed was good and I liked the room had an air conditioning unit and not just central ac. I would have liked maybe some more food options available in the hotel other than the breakfast alone, maybe some small meal/bites options. Other than that the staff were all very friendly and read to help. The location is perfect right next to the Charles bridge, easily accessible.

Hotel very close to attractions. and only 1 min away from charles bridge. The whole hotel was spotless. The very great asset was Natalie. She's very knowledgeable of the area and welcome us very well. She also gave us a lot of good tips. As a first timers in prague, this was very helpful. We will definitely come back. This is a lovely property in a great location. The property was contemporary while set in a historic setting. The bed was super comfortable and a/c worked great! Breakfast was fantastic as well. Oh, and the staff were incredible friendly and welcoming. If I find myself in Prague again, I would definitely stay at Bishop’s House.

Excellent location, good value

Really enjoyed our stay here. The room was spacious and well maintained with all the basic amenities you'd want (eg toiletries, coffee maker, hairdryer) and a good functioning air conditioning Reception always attentive and welcoming whichever member of staff was working and made the stay very easy. Breakfast was functional although nothing to write home about, but did set us up for the day Excellent location just a short distance from Charles Bridge. Nearby bars and restaurants were busy with a buzz of activity but in the room you could barely hear a peep. Would stay again in this or one of the others in the hotel group as felt this was very good value
