The hotel itself is very clean, from the outside it's very pretty but the interior is quite austere. When we were trying to leave on sunday our door failed so we were locked out for 40 minutes having to run up and 4 flights of stairs multiple times while they tried to work out how to get us back in to our room. Was a real dampner at the end of our 24 hour stay and there was no apology. The hotel is fine for a place to sleep, clean enough, just don't expect great service.

I absolutely loved the location of this hotel, as I was within walking distance of everything that I wanted to see! Tha staff were incredibly helpful, and had a handle on any request that I had! I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Prague!

Situated in a quiet square literally 30seconds from Charles Bridge. Staff were great and welcoming. The tower room we stayed in was fantastic, we will definitely stay here again

Very close to Charles bridge and many of the sights. The hotel was very welcoming and the breakfast had a good choice. No restaurant or bar but the area had plenty of choice of good places to eat and also lots of pubs.

A great little hotel in the heart of the old city, just a few metres from Charles Bridge. Five minutes walk from a metro station and trams. Staff were helpful and gave a warm welcome.

I have no regrets with choosing this hotel. On our initial arrival to the hotel, it wasn’t that great. It was late, we were tired. Initially we were given a room on the fourth floor and had to lug all of our bags to the top floor. Getting to the room, it was hot and the windows were small so we opened both of them and tried to cool the room down. The bathroom smelled like sewer. I had forgotten that the only parking available was the valet parking so we had to figure that out as well. But let me just tell you that the front desk was helpful every step of the way. From changing our room without any additional fees to a room with larger windows and balcony access. To the smallest requests of getting me slices of lemon with salt for my girlfriend’s upset stomach. The staff was friendly, helpful and there to help every step of the way. Let’s not forget breakfast was fresh and delicious, the hotel was in close proximity to everything you will want to see. For the affordable price, I would definitely stay here again.

Great Hotel for a Weekend

Bishops house was great. We really enjoyed our stay and the staff made us feel comfortable and welcome. The breakfast was nice and had a good amount of options. Location was nice and tucked away from the main touristy attractions but accessible to reach within a short walk.
