Stayed with my family. It was a great experience and I highly recommend staying here. All staff are accommodating especially Essa from the reception, who went the extra mile to upgrade one of our rooms so the family room and the other room are 2 doors away on the same level. I will stay again at Hennan Regency when I come back to Boracay.

Excellent buffet breakfast!

Property is on the beach. However it is such a large hotel that you have to walk maybe 50 or so meters to go to the beach. Excellent buffet breakfast and customer service is topnotch. Check in was easy as we arrive later after the check in time and avoided the long lines Will stay here again.

Cockroaches everywhere

We booked three rooms for our family vacation recently and its been our third hotel since before the pandemic because the family was enjoying Boracay.I have a high expectation in Henann Regency Resort and Spa so we tried to stay at their hotel. They gave us a poolside room and sea front. Rooms are nice and clean when we arrived but as soon we use the bathroom it became smelly and cockroaches are coming in the vent. There are big and small cockroaches crawling everywhere. Almost everyone are afraid to use the bathroom.

Front of the beach . Nice place and convenient. The hotel is in station 2 and it's very close to everything you need . The breakfast buffet is very good . They have money exchange right next to the restaurant. They have a booth inside the building where you can buy for any activities in boracay . Definitely coming back here at Henann Regency Hotel .

Clean and new. Its a bit of a walk to the beach as its near the main road. And the walk to the beach from the hospital area is very narrow and not a good area but the Dmall way isthe better way to the beach. The receptionists were cery nice and upgrade us to a better room with d piil view

The receptionists were amazing esp Cheng,shes still trainess but shes doing a great job and shes always smiling despite its very busy, and MJ too shes very nice and helpful. I like all the staff as they always kind and smiling.Best service. Esp Angelo at the Towel station in the Pool area. Housekeepers were very amazing as well. We have a cleab room everyday and refill whatever we need in the room. Thank you for making us feel like royals with your amazing service. And by the way the breakfast buffet so delicious. Hennan never fails this is my Home away from home. Second time here and i will come back again next time i travel to Philippines. Thank you guys

This really is a great property and I very much appreciate not only their attention to detail but the warmth of the staff. As you can probably tell from my profile we are not novice travelers - we will be on the road for almost 6 months this year. We have stayed in nicer resorts but none of them had employees that were so welcoming and friendly. Not to say that this is not a nice resort but the warmth of the employees really stands out. The property is in a great location right on the beach and has lots of amenities. Restaurants bars and buffet - pretty much all you can want. There are multiple nice pools although limited seating at some of them. Lots of seating out on the beach. The beach here really stands out for all of the resorts and businesses that are located directly on it. It's a great place to take a sunset stroll and there are many bars, fire shows and restaurants to be enjoyed. We have breakfast every morning at Christina's restaurant and all the staff is too many to name individually they were fantastic. And made us feel like home they greeted us like family each day and the food was exceptional.
