You couldn’t order food from the hotel and eat at the beach but you could buy food from other establishments and bring back and eat. People like to have a drink while you’re at the beach. During low tide I would recommend you get someone to go and clean the algae that’s in front of your property that way guests will happy to see your property being productive about maintaining high standards for your property

Hotel is old, doors not sealed properly so cockroaches come in. 4/5 nights I found one in my room. Pool is overly busy and hard to get a spot. Same with the beach. Service from staff could be greatly improved to be more friendly. Food was okay, made me sick on 1 night though. The grand view room has a terrific view but otherwise pretty mediocre experience.

Difficult check in, they gave us a family room instead of the king bed which we booked then told us that they reserved the right to put us in any room. After arguing and telling us the hotel could do whatever they wanted she then looked at the computer for 30 seconds and found the room we booked was actually available. Huge muck around and fuss for no reason. Some of the bathrooms were pretty awful here dirty and leaking plumbing. Cockroaches in room. Buffet was good though and it’s a good location right on the beach

You have to take into consideration that the Hennan properties are well used by tens of thousands of tourists every year. Having spent 7 different stays with Hennan over the last ten years. I think that I’ve reached the point where I need to go try another establishment .

Beach front luxury hotel at station 2 - with Infinity pool on second floor overlooking beach and beach walk - I suggest the best Henan hotel dues to the pool - also has swim out rooms on ground floor which I what I had - issue was time of year - green algae on beach - better water near d mall

Great place to stay!

Great place to stay. Clean and nice ambiance. Staff are friendly. Love the pool access. Good breakfast buffet. The only downfall, there were some mosquitoes in the room. But overall, still love the place!

We really enjoyed our stay, the breakfast was amazing, the restaurant and hotel is just in front of the beach, very clean and safe walking distance to station 1 and 3 a lot of restaurants and shops around. The stuff was always helpful, the room was big and comfortable and everything worked properly. The prices for the activities were the same that were offer outside, so we use their service. Also de round trip shuttle from the airport very well organized, is worth it, and you don’t have to carry your bags. The only downside is that the sunbeds in the infinity pool were always taken, very difficult to find a spot there.

I absolutely love this hotel. It is just beautiful in the best position (Station 2) on Boracay’s pristine White Beach. Boracay was cleaned up in 2018 and the result is a lovely area and super clean beach. The Henan Palm rooms are beautiful overlooking the beach with swaying palm trees framing the ocean. We ate at the hotel buffet each night. It is varied and fantastic value. Breakfast was included in our tariff and it was always excellent. The staff at the Henan are extremely well trained and polite. The restaurant staff Rose and Josh were a delight (and great dancers at their nightly 7.30pm dance off). The Sky Pool was my favourite swim spot at the hotel, but there are also two other big pools. We’ll be coming back to the Henan Palm
