The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was nice. They offer off-street parking. Three swimming pools. All within walking distance of everything you might want to see and do in Playa Del Carmen.

The room was wonderful housekeeping was wonderful but to extra wanting to clean room every day knocking on door while trying to rest breakfast was the same items not to many items they charge for the good stuff like pancakes the menu is basic hotel close to everything beach 5th ave shopping clubs park entertainment great location markets stores very convenient the only thing I didn’t like was how the staff came beating on my door saying my husband was smoking on the balcony but didn’t say anything to anyone else that was smoking on their balcony the entire hotel was smoking on the balconies but he only came to our room 706 not the rest there’s no privacy every time you walk downstairs someone is there watching u leave an come back in just staring at you the guys serve breakfast was very nice an pleasant my waiter the managers was uptight to certain ppl an kind to others won’t stay there again but it wasn’t bad just not our speed an the police station is right across the street so it’s very strict in the area every time you look up there’s a police walking pass with a gun so if you not fund of the police don’t stay here next time we getting a Airbnb to many rules at the hotel

The room needs to be upgraded, it has an old broken mirror in the bathroom and the door makes a horrible noise when it gets closed. The staff was courteous and helpful. It would be great if every room had a phone to communicate with the staff and a coffee maker. Room was clean.

La pasamos muy bien, no se escucha mucho ruido de fuera, hay muchos lugares con diferentes opciones de comida cerca, puedes salir a caminar tranquilamente al rededor y el lugar es muy limpio y el personal nos trató muy bien.

A little old hotel but great staff and location. We got a room on the 3rd floor and the only pain was that there was no elevator. They do help you with bags when you check in. But daily up and own with stairs is something you should be expecting. The pool looked nice, even though we couldn't make use of it. Adding breakfast is recommended. Shout out to Roberto working there. Also the room has almost 0 power outlet other than the one near TV so we had to plan to charge our phone and couldnt use phone on bed while it was charging.
