When I first walked into the lobby, I honestly considered turning back—the initial impression wasn’t great. However, once I got to my room and interacted with the staff, my entire opinion changed. The room was clean, comfortable, and far better than expected. What truly made the stay memorable was the incredible service, especially from Omar and Daniel at the front desk. They were professional, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. Their attentiveness and positive attitude really elevated the whole experience. Don’t let first impressions fool you—this hotel turned out to be a great stay, thanks in large part to the team that runs it.

The property was nice. The pools are great. The staff was very professional and friendly. My only complaint was that the hotel is located right next to the main square. The night we were there, it was very noisy and hectic late into the evening. We were worn out from travel and that made it difficult to get to sleep. This isn't the hotel's fault, but be aware, it's in a very active area. If you're after night life, you'll love this place.

Hotel is nice and staff is awesome. However, it is very clearly a residrntial building rebuilt as a hotel. Plumbing is old snd bed, you cant even flush toilet paper, and even then there are problems and bathroom always smells like sewer. Other then this property is clean, pools are nice, room was small but have a giant bed and was cleaned well.

Love La Passion

The staff are terrific, always willing to help out with any questions on the area or suggestions for restaurants depending on what you are looking for. The breakfast service is well managed and the choices are varied and beautifully presented. The pools are clean and a lovely temperature. It’s a charming, laid back Mexican hotel that makes me remember what Playa was like 25 years ago. There is always someone at the front desk and safe. I love that its location is right beside the main square and close to Walmart and 5the avenue.

They were great. This was first time I tried this botique. I did not make it to roof top, my adult son did and he said it was perfect and beautiful. The rooms were clean and the entire experience was perfect. Thank you and will return again.
