Meridian is an open-air complex 1.5 blocks from the northern end of 5th Avenue. Private rooftop, balcony, shared rooftop pool and only a block from the beach. This unit is great for families and friends. The building is secure, with keyed gates, and security at night.

Just steps from Coco beach and 5th ave, you are close to all you need! Restaurants and convenience store all within 2 blocks.

This large 2 bedroom has 1 King, 1 full and 1 single bed. Each room has air conditioning. There are two balconies and a huge private rooftop terrace with temperate water jacuzzi for you to enjoy. The private rooftop also leads to the pool of the building where you will find a nice pool and lounge area. There is a washer and dryer in the unit (older but working), and a fully stocked kitchen.

The condo has 3 air conditioners and is laid out on one level with stairs to the rooftop terrace. The floor plan is large and was designed for comfort and entertaining with the full kitchen opening to the dining room and the living room and onto a terrace. The apartment has a laundry room (washer/dryer), two well-appointed bedrooms (1 king bed, 1 full and 1 individual bed), each with air conditioning.

NIGHTLY/WEEKLY RENTERS:
***Electricity costs are extremely high in Mexico. Included in the rate is a credit of 25 kWh (kilowatt Hours) per day towards the cost of electricity. OUR GOAL IS NOT TO CHARGE YOU FOR ELECTRICITY, but for you to be cautious and aware. For heavy use of electricity, any additional consumption beyond the allotment will be charged at a rate of 6 pesos (about 30 cents USD) per kWh, from your security deposit. We will provide tips that will greatly reduce usage, if followed. A photo will be taken on checkin and checkout dates. ***

MONTHLY RENTERS are responsible to pay 100% of their electricity (to take advantage of our "discounted monthly" pricing (the price that shows when you choose more than 28 nights). 6 pesos per kw. We require a larger deposit for monthly renters, this money will be used to pay the electricity at the end of the month/stay. Any balance is returned to the guest.
